Montreal Held Sunday Service and Picnic Fellowship

Immanuel Community Church members were blessed with grace from the Sunday service and held joyful outdoor activities and picnic fellowship after the service.
The Sunday sermon was delivered by Pastor Jefferson from Romans 3: 10-24 pointing out that no one is righteous not even one. All have fallen short of righteousness because of sins and there is no way to rid off our sins but only by the blood of Jesus Christ. The Bible teaches us that the method to wash our sins away is not by self-control but by shedding the blood. “In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.”
Hebrews 9:22. Only by the blood but humans are descendants of the sinner Adam, hence our blood is soiled and unclean, this is why only through the righteous blood of Jesus can cleanse our sins be cleansed and forgiven. This act of forgiveness of God through the blood of Jesus is redemption. When we do not live by this truth and have faith in it, it is as good as dead before God as there is no living relationship with God.The preacher exhorted the attendants to seek God to live by faith to remain in the grace of God.
After the Sunday service, the members enjoyed a joyful and active outdoor fellowship at the near by park. As the weather finally became warmer, the Church members were delighted to hold a picnic fellowship and share delicious meals. Children enjoyed seeing beavers, walking in the woods and getting to know each other. It was a lovely day to fellowship. Please continue to pray for Montreal members to grow in faith and draw closer to God.
